Refund and Returns Policy

At Upvann, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Our refund and return policy lasts for 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, if 2 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • The product must be returned in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Live plants damaged due to improper care after delivery

  • Perishable products

  • Customized or made-to-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance or sale items


DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCTS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.


REFUNDS

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider or bank.

  3. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment method.

If you still have not received your refund, please contact us.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.


SHIPPING RETURNS

Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a damaged product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for valuable items.
